16. Mobile Terms of Service
The Hot Comps mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Hot Comps LTD (“Hot Comps”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Hot Comps SMS/text messaging, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Hot Comps through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on an applicable do-not-call register. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (for example order updates and account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.
You do not have to sign up for this programme in order to make a purchase, and consent is not a condition of any purchase from Hot Comps. Participation is voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to the number used by Hot Comps (or by using an unsubscribe link where available). You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. If you are subscribed to other Hot Comps mobile programmes, you must opt out of those separately unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. We are not responsible for requests sent to a number or short code that has been changed.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, errors in such information, or actions you take (or do not take) in reliance on the Service.
