If you wish to enter any of our competitions by post, then you must send an unenclosed postcard via either first or second class post and ensure that all of the following information is included.
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Full Address
- Date of Birth
- Specify the draw that you are entering
- Answer to the competition question
- Agreement to T&C’s
All details must be either typed or clearly written, we cannot enter you into a competition if the writing on your postcard is not legible. If we receive 1 postcard in the post containing multiple entries this will not comply with the above terms and conditions.
If the paid entry for the competition is less than the price of a postal entry, additional tickets will be issued for postal entries to match or exceed the cost of a stamp.

All postal entries must be received before the close of the competition. Any entries that fail to follow the criteria mentioned above will be void as per any Entry received.
Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the postal entries are processed, all details on postcards MUST match the name and address on the account to which they are to be added.
If we believe one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses all associated entries will be voided, as per the paid entry route.
All postal entries will be treated in the same way as entries via the website.

Trueplay puts the speaker-tuning capability of the pros in the palm of your hands, adapting and optimising the sound of the speaker to the unique acoustics of the room. Its increased bandwidth supports high-quality audio and has lip-sync compensation built in.
Elegant design
Easily play, pause, skip tracks, adjust the volume, and group rooms just by tapping or swiping the top of the soundbar. With its elongated shape, soft profile, and seamless facade, Arc discreetly mounts to the wall or sits beneath the TV without pulling focus. A magnetic sensor detects when it’s mounted and smartly adjusts the EQ to temper bass resonance. And with its ambient light sensor, Arc detects how bright the room is and automatically adjusts the brightness of the LEDs to be visible but not distracting.
Voice control
The Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are built in, so you can play music, check news, set alarms, get your questions answered, and more, completely hands free. With an easy mute for privacy, you can turn the microphone off with a tap. The LED light is hardwired and will also turn off so you know your voice assistant isn’t listening when required.
Seamless connection
